Learn to Row is a one week course that includes professional instruction over 5 days. The course teaches the basics of the rowing stroke, boat and water safety, and lets you discover the love of rowing in Hamilton’s beautiful web harbour.

The “Welcome to Hamilton” is designed for those new to the community or people interested in meeting others with similar interests! *This is for adults only and sessions are based on age.

• Day 1: Indoor session which covers the basic rowing technique on ergs and in the tank. Additionally, this session includes a video that provides safety information for new rowers.
• Day 2-5: Participants leverage their day 1 learning and transfer the skills they learned to the water.
