DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row is a one week course that includes professional in
 struction over 5 days. The course teaches the basics of the rowing stroke\
 , boat and water safety\, and lets you discover the love of rowing in Hami
 lton's beautiful web harbour.\n\nThe "Welcome to Hamilton" is designed for
  those new to the community or people interested in meeting others with si
 milar interests! *This is for adults only and sessions are based on age.\n
 \n 	Day 1: Indoor session which covers the basic rowing technique on ergs 
 and in the tank. Additionally\, this session includes a video that provide
 s safety information for new rowers.\n 	Day 2-5: Participants leverage the
 ir day 1 learning and transfer the skills they learned to the water.\n\nCh
