SUMMARY:Welcome to Hamilton (Ages 35+)
DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row is a one week course that includes professional in
 struction over 5 days. The course teaches the basics of the rowing stroke\
 , boat and water safety\, and lets you discover the love of rowing in Hami
 lton's beautiful web harbour.\n\nThe "Welcome to Hamilton" is designed for
  those new to the community or people interested in meeting others with si
 milar interests! *This is for adults only and sessions are based on age. Y
 ou do not need to be new to the Hamilton area to join this session\, we ju
 st want you to have fun!\n\n 	Day 1: Indoor session which covers the basic
  rowing technique on ergs and in the tank. Additionally\, this session inc
 ludes a video that provides safety information for new rowers.\n 	Day 2-5:
  Participants leverage their day 1 learning and transfer the skills they l
