DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row is a one week course that includes professional in
 struction over 5 days. The course teaches the basics of the rowing stroke\
 , boat and water safety\, and lets you discover the love of rowing in Hami
 lton's beautiful web harbour.\n\n 	Day 1: Indoor session which covers the 
 basic rowing technique on ergs and in the tank. Additionally\, this sessio
 n includes a video that provides safety information for new rowers.\n 	Day
  2-5: Participants leverage their day 1 learning and transfer the skills t
